Biography
I am a medical doctor and am currently a fellow in cardiology at Gentofte Hospital's Department of Cardiology. I 2022 I finished my PhD degree. The primary focus of my research has been on cardiac magnetic resonance imaging for extensive phenotyping of the heart in patients with type 2 diabetes. I have investigated the presentation of localized and diffuse myocardial fibrosis, but also the extent of myocardial microvascular dysfunction.
