Biography
Ahmed Salem BEELA. MD. PhD. Graduated from the faculty of medicine, Suez Canal university, Ismailia, Egypt (2008), has Masters degree in Cardiovascular diseases from same institution (2014), Has the Diploma of postgraduate studies in advanced medical imaging from Leuven, Belgium (2017). Completed cardiology training and obtained a Doctorate degree in Cardiovascular diseases (Egypt and Belgium, 2020). Did a Clinical research fellowship in the cardiology department and the medical imaging research center (MIRC, KU-Leuven, 2016-2018). From 2020 till now: he is a PhD candidate in the cardiovascular reserach institute in maastricht (CARIM), Maastricht university, clinical research fellow in the cardiology department in Maastricht academic hospital (MUMC+) and in Jessa Hospital, Hasselt, Belgium. Certified from the American board of Echocardiography (2021). Registered in The Egyptian medical syndicate as consultant-C (2020), and in the order der artsen and the RIZIV/INAMI, Belgium (2022).
