Doctor Hilman Amin

Hilman Zulkifli Amin received an MD degree from Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, Indonesia and subsequently complete PhD degree at the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, Dept of Internal Medicine, Kobe University Graduate School of Medicine, Japan. His main research interest is the development of novel therapeutic strategy by using an immunological approach for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. He is an awardee of several prestigious awards such as Kobe University Young Investigator and PhD Excellence Award, First Prize Young Investigator Award of Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology and Japanese Circulation Society, Best Abstract of ESC, International Early Investigator Award and Paul Dudley White International Scholar Award of American Heart Association. He is a cardiologist-scientist trained in Japan and highly motivated to contribute and extend the advancement of cardiovascular medicine field hence reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease.
