Associate Professor Nqoba Israel Tsabedze

Nqoba Tsabedze is the Academic Head of the Division of Cardiology of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He is also the Clinical Head of the Division of Cardiology at the Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital (CMJAH), Johannesburg, South Africa. He completed his training in medicine in 2005 and completed his sub-speciality in Cardiology in 2014. He is an executive member of the South African Heart Association and Chairman of the SA Heart SHARE Registry. He is the Vice-President of the Heart Failure Society of South Africa (HEFSSA). Recently, joined the Executive Committee of the South African Hypertension Society. He is passionate about teaching and training both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
