Raquel Adeliño Recasens is a young Cardiologist currently performing as an electrophysiolgist at Vall d'Hebron Univeristy Hospital. She completed a 2-year EP fellowship at Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital (Barcelona, Spain) and 1 year fellowship in advanced EP in Clinique Pasteur, Toulouse. Since 2018 she is an EHRA member. In september 2020 she became board member of the EHRA young EP committee, where she has been very active in promoting knowledge and activities among young electrophysiologists. She has also great interest in reserach and is currently performing her PhD, which aims to study the arrhythmic substrate of cardiac regeneration therapy. Dr. Adeliño has spent 2 months of her EP fellowship at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London, acquiring more knowledge in State-of-the-art technologies.
