Doctor Fabio Guarracino

Dr. Fabio Guarracino, MD, is an intensivist and cardiologist. He has been the Head of the Department of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at Pisa University Hospital, Italy, since 2002. His main area of interest is care of acute cardiac and respiratory decompensation in both medical and surgical patients. He is a leading expert in the field of "acute" echocardiography, both TTE and TOE.
