Mr Michel Terbraak

Michel Terbraak performs research at ACHIEVE - Centre of Expertise with emphasis on Complex care. He investigates how cardiac rehabilitation can be tailored to older, frail patients, who cannot participate in regular rehabilitation programmes. Next to performing research, Michel develops and performs education at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, department of Physical Therapy. He teaches theory and practice, especially clinical reasoning in patients with cardiovascular and neurological disease. Michel graduated as a physical therapist in 1997 at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and in 2017 he finished his Master in Health Sciences - Health Education and Promotion at Maastricht University. From september 2017 Michel is a PhD candidate.
