Biography
Dr. Ruperti is a cardiologist specializing in Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) at the University Hospital of Basel, Switzerland, and a senior researcher at the Cardiovascular Research Institute Basel (CRIB). His current research focuses on ACHD, particularly obesity in ACHD, pulmonary valve regurgitation and replacement in patients with repaired tetralogy of Fallot, systemic right ventricular physiology and dysfunction, and long-term outcomes in patients who have undergone an arterial switch operation for transposition of the great arteries.
