Fielder is currently a Clinical Research Fellow at the University of Oxford (United Kingdom) where he is undertaking a DPhil in the Nuffield Department of Population Health. He is also an honorary cardiology registrar at the Royal Berkshire Hospital (Reading, United Kingdom). His clinical interests are in electrophysiology.
