Biography
Dr Simon Beggs trained in medicine at the University of Edinburgh (MBChB) before moving to Glasgow to undertake clinical training in general medicine and cardiology. He is currently undertaking a period of full-time research in pursuit of a PhD investigating the role played by cardiac arrhythmias, and the cause of death, in heart failure.
