Xavier Rosselló is an academic cardiologist working at the Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Cardiovasculares (CNIC), Madrid (Spain). He performed his clinical training at Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (Barcelona), his PhD in experimental cardiovascular science at University College London (2017) and his MSc in Medical Statistics at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (2018), where he focused on risk scores, survival analyses and clinical trials. He has published more than 120 papers and his current research interests are risk assessment and subclinical atherosclerosis as well as acute heart failure and post-myocardial infarction.
