Dr Stelios Tzeis is the Head of Cardiology Department and Electrophysiology & Cardiac Pacing Section in Mitera Hospital, Hygeia Group in Athens, Greece. He is currently the Chairman of the Certification Committee of the European Heart Rhythm Association and an EHRA Board Member. He has served as a member of the ESC Training and Research Grant Committee (2011-2012), His current practice involves all aspects of electrophysiology and management of cardiac arrhythmias including catheter ablation, implantation of pacemakers, ICDs and CRTs. He has published over 100 papers in peer-reviewed journals. He is Associate Editor of the Hellenic Journal of Cardiology.
