Andreas Gevaert is cardiologist and researcher from Antwerp, Belgium. He is a staff cardiologist at the Antwerp University Hospital (UZA) with a clinical focus on heart failure and cardiac imaging. He is a postdoctoral researcher at the GENCOR department, University of Antwerp. His main research interests are HFpEF, cardiac rehabilitation, exercise physiology and cardiac imaging, but he is also involved in several basic science research projects. He is a member of several sections and committees of the European Association of Preventive Cardiology.
