Doctor Carla Plymen

Dr Plymen is a consultant cardiologist and leads the Heart Failure service at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, London. This service runs across a large geographical area covering various acute and community sites. The service is integrative and holistic, including several HF cardiology consultants, a HF specialist pharmacist and HF geriatrician and many GP colleagues. Dr Plymen is passionate about improving HF education and awareness and is a member of the national and international HF community. She enjoys training junior members of the HF community and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
