Professor George Ntaios

George Ntaios serves as Professor of Internal Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and practices Internal Medicine at the First Propedeutic Department of Internal Medicine at the AHEPA University Hospital in Thessaloniki, Greece. He served as the Treasurer of the ESC Council of Stroke between 2022 and 2024, and as the President of the Hellenic Stroke Organization since 2021 after a 6-year term as its General Secretary. His main research interest focuses on ischemic stroke etiology, prevention and prognosis.
