Biography
Ewa Warchoł-Celińska, MD, PhD, Habil., is a cardiologist and, since 2024, Deputy Head of the Adult Congenital Heart Diseases Department at the National Institute of Cardiology, Warsaw.
She combines high-volume clinical practice with research in adult congenital heart disease, Fontan circulation, and bicuspid aortic valve disease, with a background in hypertension research.
She leads multiple multicenter studies and collaborates with research centers across Europe.
A member of the ESC Working Group on Adult Congenital Heart Disease, she brings a practice-oriented perspective to ACHD care.
Author of numerous peer-reviewed publications and principal investigator of international studies, she speaks English and French and holds a Master’s in Psychology.
Outside medicine, she enjoys literature, sailing, skiing, fashion—and raising two brilliant children.
