Ana-Catarina graduated in Medicine in Porto, Portugal. After completing the initial post-graduate medical training in Oxford and Manchester, she is currently doing her DPhil in The George Institute for Global Health in Oxford. Her project aims to investigate uncertainties related to blood pressure treatment using individual participant data meta-analyses of randomised controlled trials. She is resuming her medical training in Public Health in London in August as an Academic Clinical Fellow in King's College London.
