Biography
Dr Angelo La Leggia, BSc MSc PhD, is a Clinical Scientist, highly specialised in Echocardiography.
With over 10 years of experience in the field of cardiovascular diagnostic, he currently works as a consultant Echocardiographer in UK.
He spent many years working within the Italian and UK NHS.
Dr La Leggia is tutor for students and junior staff.
He is member of British Society of Echo and European Society of Cardiovascular Imaging where he holds the TT Echo accreditation.
Dr La Leggia has mastered expertise in various areas such as Transesophageal Echo in cardiac surgery and interventional procedures, Stress Test and 3D echo, mainly in the field of valve disease.
