Dr Kolyviras is interventional cardiologist and work at Metropolitan General, Athens, Greece. His career started at the University of Athens, where he obtained his Medical Degree (2008) and his PhD Thesis (2016). In 2009 he started his specialization in Cardiology at University Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) where he stayed until 2013. In 2016, he finished his training at 251 Air Force General Hospital, Athens. In the same year, he started working as Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Henry Dunant Hospital Center, focusing on complex PCI (including left main PCI, 3 vessel CAD, bifurcation lesions), Chronic Total Occlusions (CTO), bioresorbable scaffolds and transcatheter valve interventions. He was granted for: Educational grant for ESC Congress 2016 in Rome Fellows Course in PCR peripheral 2017 in Milan Grant for Joint of Interventional Meeting 2017 Educational Grant for EuroPCR 2018 in Paris Educational Grant for EuroPCR 2022 He has many publications in international journals.
