Doctor Ines Frederix

Ines is currently an ASO in Cardiology (MaNaMa Cardiology at Antwerp University, 2014-2022). In 2018, Ines successfully completed her joint PhD (Hasselt University & Antwerp University): "Cardiac telerehabilitation: a novel, cost-efficient care delivery strategy in secondary prevention for ischemic heart disease?". She completed the certified Safety, Quality, Informatics and Leadership Program at Harvard Medical School (2017). Since 2016, Ines is an elected nucleus member of the European Association of Preventive Cardiology. Since 2017 she is secretary of the Belgian Working Group of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation. Since 2018 Ines is an elected nucleus member of the ESC Working Group on e-Cardiology. Ines completed her Bachelor in Medicine at Hasselt University in 2010 (Maxima cum laude) and her Master in Medicine at KULeuven in 2014 (Summa cum laude).
