Professor Arjun K Ghosh MBBS, MSc, PhD, FHEA, FACC, FESC, FRCP, FICOS is a Professor of Cardiology at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and Consultant Cardiologist at Barts Heart Centre, St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, London and at University College London Hospital (UCLH). He is the first Cardiologist in the UK to be appointed specifically in Cardio-Oncology (c-o) and helped establish services at both these hospitals. The UCLH service which he leads is an International C-O Society (ICOS) Gold standard Centre of Excellence. He is also co-host of the ICOS podcast and joint first author of the first UK c-o guidelines. He also runs both the first national and first European c-o courses. Prof Ghosh also is involved in cardiac MRI (CMR) and c-o echocardiography and has several national and international leadership roles at the British C-O Society, ICOS, Asia-Pacific C-O Society and American College of Cardiology. He is also Deputy Editor for the Journal of Cardio-Oncology.
