Dr Emmanuel Ako is a Consultant Cardiologist with a specialist interest in Coronary Intervention and the treatment of coronary artery disease. He is the chest pain lead at Cheslea and Westminster NHS Hospital and NHS Test bed for NHS England. He also has an expertise in cardiovascular complications in Haemoglobinopathies such as Thalassaemia and Sickle Cell disease. He works at both Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, the Royal Brompton Hospital NHS Trust and a visiting Professor at WuHan Asian Heart Hospital.
