Biography
• Specialist training in internal medicine and cardiology at department of Medicine and Cardiology clinic SU/ Östra University hospital, Gothenburg, Sweden. Started onSeptember 2007. • Specialist in cardiology, entitled from Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare since July 2015. • Worked as specialist in cardiology, Department of Cardiology SU/Östra University Hospital. • Working as specialist in cardiology, Carlanderska Hospital, Gothenburg. Mars 2020 until now. • Completed PhD studies and defended the PhD thesis, 8th of April 2022. • My area of expertise in clinical practise is on heart echocardiography . • My research field is regarding the outcomes of closure of patent foramen ovale and recently expending my research to arrythmias in patients with atrial septal defect. • I speak Swedish, Greek, English -fluently, Icelandic –reading and comprehension
