I am a general practitioner in Ireland and National Clinical Lead for Intergrated Care in Cardiovascular Disease with the Irish College of General Practitioners. I have an interest in cardiovascular prevention and risk prediction as well as heart failure and e-health. I am also clinical director of the gHealth Research Group in University College Dublin which is involved in research and service development in chronic diseases in Africa.
