Iulia Skoda graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Victor Babes" Timisoara, Romania, in 2010. She has worked as a Resident Physician in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, Dept. of Cardiology, University Hospital, Linköping, Sweden, since 2012. During 2020 she started her PhD project at Linköping University, supervised by Drs Carlhäll, Karlsson and Henningsson. The project focuses on the use of advanced MRI and CT techniques and biomarkers to improve risk stratification in patients with atrial fibrillation.
