Emily B. Levitan, ScD, FAHA, is an epidemiologist with a research interest in the treatment and outcomes of cardiovascular diseases, particularly among older adults. She is an associate professor in the Department of Epidemiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Public Health (USA).
