Ken-Pen Weng, M.D. has completed his bachelor of medicine at the age of 25 years old from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taipei, Taiwan. He is a pediatric cardiologist and the director of pediatric critical department, Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan (R.O.C). He has published more than 60 papers in reputed journals.
