Zhusupbekova Lazzat graduated from the Medical University in Almaty in 1994. Candidate of Medical Sciences. The range of professional and scientific interests includes therapy, cardiology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, and hematology. Since 2008, Zhusupbekova L. has been working at the Medical University of Astana (Astana, Kazakhstan) as an associate professor in the Department of Internal Medicine. Since 2015, Zhusupbekova L. has been studying the problem of early development of coronary heart disease in young people. Under her leadership, studies were conducted on the prevalence of coronary heart disease, the role of risk factors, clinical features, the state of the coronary bed, comorbid background in young people. Zhusupbekova L. has publications in the field of cardiology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, ophthalmology, etc.
