Ximena is a young physician who recently graduated from medical school and has a special interest in Clinical Research, Cardiology, and Echocardiography. Always passionate about cardiology, she spent her final year of medical school as a research fellow at Mexico's National Institute of Cardiology in the Coronary Care Unit, where she discovered her love for research. She is now a research fellow there, studying acute coronary syndromes and heart failure. In the future, she plans to become a cardiologist and an echocardiography specialist. Outside of medicine, Ximena enjoys playing soccer, hiking, attending concerts, and learning to cook new recipes.
