Dr. Tatiana Palotta Minari holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) (2016). She has a Master's degree in Psychology and Health with an emphasis on Eating Disorders from the State Faculty of Medicine of São José do Rio Preto (FAMERP) (2019). She also has a Postgraduate Specialization degree in Nutrition and Sports Supplementation: from Biochemistry and Physiology to Practice from the State Faculty of Medicine of São José do Rio Preto (FAMERP) (2019). She has PhD in Health Sciences with an emphasis on Diabetes, Hypertension, and Obesity at the State Faculty of Medicine of São José do Rio Preto (FAMERP). She also has experience in clinical, sports, and behavioral nutrition, working in the fields of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, neurological disease, human behavior, eating disorders, supplementation, and physical exercise
