Grew up as a Taekwondo athlete competing in international tournaments. Was able to attain an athletic scholarship in college and medical school. During breaks, explored opportunities to widen perspective on the impact of technology to the healthcare system. Contributed to the launch of SwipeRx, a professional network for pharmacists in South East Asia, and started Sali, an education CPR app in the Philippines. Continued medical training in Internal Medicine in University of Maryland Midtown campus where where has found significant interest in Cardiology, Heart Failure, and Preventive Cardiology. Plans to develop a multidisciplinary clinic using technological platforms to improve cardiovascular outcomes in the community.
