Biography
Dr. Rosa Maria Bruno was born in 1979. She is professor in Clinical Pharmacology at Université Paris Cité and works in the Hypertension Unit of Hôpital Européen Georges Pompidou (Paris, France). Her main field of research is the study of vascular ageing, its non-invasive evaluation and therapeutic strategies to counteract it. She has a strong commitment for cardiovascular prevention in women and gender issues in medicine. She is Nucleus Member in the ESC Council of Hypertension, vice-president of the Artery Society, past chair of ESH Working Group on large arteries.
