Biography
Dr. Emilia D’Elia has been working in the Cardiology Department of ASST Papa Giovanni XXIII since 2012, and since 2022 she has served as referent of the HF outpatient clinic and Day Hospital.
She graduated in Medicine and Surgery from University of Pavia in 2007. In 2010, she was Research Fellow at the Cardiovascular Research Center of Sarawak General Hospital, Malaysia, and in 2011 she attended Oklahoma Heart Hospital as Clinical Fellow. In 2012, she completed her specialization in Cardiology with honors at the University of Pavia.
In 2015, she attended the Cardiovascular Department of Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, as HF Fellow. In 2016, she obtained a PhD in Internal Medicine and Medical Therapy from the University of Pavia. In 2022, she completed a Postgraduate Course in HF in London, and in 2026 she obtained a Master in Artificial Intelligence applied to medicine. She is adjunt professor at Milano Bicocca University.
