She graduated in physiotherapy in 1986 from the Londrina State University In 1988, she became a specialist in Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy from the Heart Institute of the Clinical Hospital of the University of Sao Paulo (InCor-HCFMUSP). She completed his PhD in Health Sciences in 2017 and Post Doctorate in 2021 from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Sao Paulo. Since 2013, she has held the position of research manager at the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Service at InCor-HCFMUSP. Her main research focus is on patients with complex heart diseases and univentricular circulation, which involves the cardiovascular, pulmonary, skeletal muscle, and lymphatic systems. She has experience with cardiac rehabilitation programs, including online rehabilitation for patients with congenital heart diseases. She is fond of meeting different people, visiting new places, and exploring diverse cultures.
