Doctor Trecy Goncalves

- Clinical background: Dr Gonçalves earned her medical degree in 2015 and completed her cardiology residency in 2020 at the University of Lorraine (France). She is practicing at Lariboisière-Saint Louis Hospital in Paris (Assistance Publique–Hôpitaux de Paris, APHP), where she specializes in cardiovascular imaging (echocardiography, CMR, cardiac CT) and cardio-oncology. - Research background: Dr. Gonçalves has pursued training in biostatistics and is currently specializing in Machine Learning. She is currently working as Post-Doctoral Research fellow in Toronto General Hospital, under the supervision of Prof. Dinesh Thavendiranathan, studying cardiac dysfunction in breast cancer patients followed by serial CMR assessment. - Social activities: She is part of the Nucleus of the COOL Group of the Council of Cardio-Oncology and Chair of the EACVI SIG "Cardio-oncology and Imaging". Her mission is to promote cardio-oncology within international community.
