Dr. Maully Shah is the director of pediatric electrophysiology at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) . She is past President of the Pediatric and Congenital Electrophysiology Society (PACES) from 2019-2020 and served on its executive committee from 2016-2021 and as PACES vice president of Research from 2016-2017. She was the chair of the 2021 PACES Expert Consensus Statement Consensus Statement on the Indications and Management of Cardiovascular Implantable Electronic Devices in Pediatric Patients . She is associated editor for Journal of American College of Cardiology Electrophysiology section serves on the American College of Cardiology’s IMPACT research and publications committee and the Heart Rhythm Society’s Scientific Clinical Documents and Guidelines committee. Her clinical and research interests include catheter ablation and novel devices in kids and congenital heart disease patients . She enjoys high altitude trekking, skiing , and cycling .
