Andriana Putri is a PhD researcher in Turku PET Centre, Finland. Her thesis project is focusing in development of new Positron Emission Tomography (PET) tracer targeting macrophage mannose receptor and evaluate its feasibility for PET imaging of inflammatory related diseases, including myocardial infarction. She mostly work with development of new PET tracer, radiolabeling, in vivo and in vitro imaging, image analysis and some other related filed. Her basic research interest is in radiolabeling of some precursor for targeting infammation with Fluorine-18 and Gallium-68. Her second interest is in immunology in inflammation. Fuse the immunology and radiochemistry, bring her to invsetigate the feasibility of mannose receptor expressed on M2-type macrophage as inflammation biomarker for imaging with PET modality, On spare time, she's the singer at PET house band, she loves painting, playing guitar, and running. Her paintings are mostly inspired by her scientific researches.
