Grigore Cristina-Maria followed her passion for biology and chemistry, going on to study at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest and successfully graduate top of her class. This was followed by cardiology residency at University Emergency Hospital Bucharest. She is interested in electrophysiology and is looking forward to start training in this subspecialty. Keeping both a healthy mind and body is important, Cristina tries to balance her work with one of her dearest hobbies: hiking the Carpathian Mountains.
