Doctor Paolo Costa

Paolo Costa is an Italian cardiologist currently working at Sant’Andrea Hospital (La Spezia, IT). His clinical and research interests are mainly focused on multimodality cardiovascular imaging, particularly in the field of HF. He graduated in Medicine in 2020 at University of Genoa (IT), where he subsequently completed his residency in Cardiology and is currently a PhD candidate. He had clinical and research experience as a Honorary Fellow at CMR Department at Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital (London,UK) in 2025. In the same year he trained as Fellow in interventional TOE at Ospedale Gaetano Pasquinucci (Massa, IT). Previously in 2023, he joined the Karolinska Institutet as an affiliated guest researcher.
