Liviu-Ionut Serbanoiu, MD, PhD Candidate Liviu-Ionut Serbanoiu is a dedicated cardiologist and academic affiliated with Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, where he also serves as an Assistant Professor and PhD candidate.
