Doctor Geetha Kandavello

Dr Geetha is a Senior Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist and Consultant Adult Congenital Heart Disease. Her expertise is in Adult Congenital Heart Disease; Pulmonary Hypertension; Pregnancy and Heart disease; and Heritable and Congenital Aortopathy. She is the Immediate President of the International Society of Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Past Chairman of the Malaysian Paediatric Cardiac Society. Dr Geetha was also involved in developing in Malaysia Clinical Practice Guidelines on Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, Pregnancy and Heart Disease and Prevention and Management of Infective Endocarditis. Dr Geetha is a member of the National Confidential Enquiries into Maternal Death in Malaysia and a faculty member for the Cardio-Obstetrics Masterclass India. She is also the advisor for Pulmonary Hypertension Association Malaysia and executive member of the Malaysian Congenital Heart Foundation.
