Needs assessment and expected educational outcome

To educate general cardiologists and general practitioners about the methodologies to screen/ assess frailty as a routine evaluation in the elderly, and to help raise awareness about polipharmacy in older patients, as well as how to correctly evaluate anticoagulation strategies in such patients with atrial fibrillation and multimorbidity.
