John is an internationally recognised expert on Digital Health. Recently retired after 37 years in IBM, culminating in his role as European Healthcare Industry Leader, and membership of the IBM Industry Academy, he has a deep understanding of the transformational potential of information technology. He is Past President of the European Health Telematics Association (EHTEL), and has served on the Global Board of HIMSS. He now divides his time between advising suppliers on how to prepare for the opportunities afforded by Digital Health, and promoting its effective adoption across healthcare.
