Dr. Rito Mitra has been a Consultant Cardiologist at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital (Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board) and the University Hospital of Wales since 2008 practising all aspects of Cardiology with a special interest in Interventional Cardiology. After qualifying from the University of Calcutta, he trained in South Wales, Newcastle and the London area. He obtained his MD research degree from the Univeristy of London in 2005. His research interests include coronary disease, cardiac rehabilitation and atrial fibrillation.
