25+ years competence in IT, eHealth and knowledge management at strategical and operational level. At age 24 worked as advisor to President of Republic of Estonia. Has lead Informatics Administration of Parliament of Estonia, largest hospital in Estonia, Tartu University Hospital and Estonian Genome Center University of Tartu. He has been member of committee which coordinated Estonia’s National Digital Health Record project and is an expert advisor in several other Estonian and European E-health and personal medicine initiatives. Owns IT consulting company Leego Hansson with 10+ team of experienced consultants. Currently Chief Digital Officer at University of Tartu.
