Dr. Wazni is section head of EP at Cleveland Clinic. He has been an integral part of the team which has played a pioneering role in the development of techniques for catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation, an area in which Cleveland Clinic has led. The utility of Intracardiac Echocardiography and the management of catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation has predominantly been an advancement at Cleveland Clinic and the various aspects have been developed by our team, which Dr. Wazni has been a crucial part of. His research also largely focused on catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia that has helped benefit many physicians and patients.
