Doctor Geever Zachariah Arimpur

Dr Geevar Zachariah is currently the convener of the Cardiological Society of India Registry Data Council. He hails from Thrissur, Kerala, India. He works as cardiologist and heads the cardiology department of Mother Hospital, Thrissur. He was the founder president of Society for Heart Failure and Transplantation, past president of Cardiological Society of India Kerala Chapter and past president of Indian Academy of ECHO Kerala Chapter. Dr Geevar Zachariah completed his cardiology training from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute, Thiruvananthapuram in 1986. He was the Coordinator and principal investigator for CSI Kerala CRP study which was an epidemiological stuyd that looked at the prevalence of CAD and risk factors for CAD in Kerala. He was also the National Coordinator of CSI COVID AMI Study which is awaiting publication. He was also a co-investigator for Kerala ACS Registry and AF Registry of Kerala
