Professor Eva Swahn

Linkoping University Hospital, Linkoping (Sweden)

Member of:

European Society of Cardiology

Her research interests are acute coronary syndromes including the gender perspective, with early diagnosis, risk stratification and management. Throughout her professional career she has worked to promote excellence in science and equity in health care. An important underlying theme in the work concerns the pathophysiology of the ACS including the thrombotic state and SCAD (spontaneous coronary artery dissection).
