Dr. Dimitar Divchev completed his medical studies in Dresden, Germany and received his MD degree from Hannover Medical School, Germany. He pursued academic career at Hannover Medical School, Germany specializing in Cardiology (2001-2010). Since 2010, Dr. Divchev worked as a consultant cardiologist with primary focus on interventional cardiology at the University Herat Center Rostock, Germany and was responsible for the management of patients with chronic heart failure and structural heart disease as a consultant of the heart failure outpatient clinic and intermediate cardiac care unit. He moved on the University Clinic Giessen and Marburg, Campus Marburg December 2015 being mainly responsible for the heart failure program and interventional cardiology. Dr. Divchev authored and co-authored several publications in peer reviewed scientific professional journals and contributed book articles. Languages: German, Bulgarian, English, Russian.
